It was 36 degrees this morning in Miami. Huh? This Cuban mama was officially freezing her big Cuban tush off! Mother Nature certainly has a funny sense of humor. Doesn't she know we So FL natives can't handle anything below 55? Well, at least I can wear my "real" winter clothes for one day ;-)

Ya know, when it was in the SINGLE DIGITS here in Ann Arbor this morning, we'd have done a happy dance for 36!!! But since it should be about 80 degrees warmer where you are, I'm sure it was quite the shock for you! It's an even bigger adjustment for y'all down south; we at least know we're going to get beaten up by the temps, and have the sweaters and coats and boots and scarves and mittens and whatnot to deal with it (though we complain, too!) ....
